High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars


1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Honey
2 cups Dark or Milk Chocolate
6 Popsicle Sticks


1. Mix together yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and Naked Mass Powder. 


2. Spoon scoops of the yogurt mix onto a sheet lined with parchment paper. Place a stick in the center of each scoop to form popsicles. Place them in the freezer and let them set. 

3. After about an hour or once the popsicles have set melt the two cups of chocolate in the microwave by doing 30 second intervals in a microwave safe bowl and mixing it to ensure it is melted. 



4. Dip the popsicles into the chocolate and put back on the parchment and freeze until solid. Enjoy these high protein bars all summer long as a great dessert and healthy way to cool off.

No popsicle sticks? No problem! I also made the same mix and added them to a baking pan and froze it. Then cut it into squares and added a drizzle of melted Nutella and strawberries! Yummy, it’s just like an ice cream cake.
