When asked if I wanted to give my honest opinion about Drinkmate carbonated beverage maker I was thrilled. I have always loved seeing the amazing drinks that people were creating using their carbonation makers and knew my family would love it just as much.
My kids love soda and I can’t stand them getting all that sugar pumped into their bodies on a daily basis. With the Drinkmate you can use your favourite juice, water with fresh purée and chunks of fruit and so much more!
These are some of our favourite recipes so far and we can’t wait to make more!
Strawberry Soda
- 2 cups strawberry fruit juice
- 1 cup water
- frozen strawberries
- sugar for the rim
Add the juice and water to the Drinkmate Resevoir and press to carbonate.
Use a strawberry to wipe the rim and then dip the cup in the sugar to dust the rim.
Add frozen strawberries to keep it cool and add a touch of flavour and style.
Swamp Water
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup grape juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup water
- Spider gummies to garnish
Simply add all the juices to the reservoir at once and then press the Drinkmate carbonation button to add fizz!
Serve with spooky treats and gummy spiders dangling off the glasses for added thrill!
Orange Grapefruit Soda
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 tsp honey
Add the juices, water and honey to the reservoir and press the carbonation button on your Drinkmate until you have desired fizziness!
Peach Buzz
- 2 cup peach juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- 3 shots peach Schnapps
- Frozen or fresh peach slices
Mix together peach juice, lemon juice, schnapps, and water in the Drinkmate reservoir. Press the button to desired fizz level. Garnish with fresh or frozen peach slices floating in the glass.
Mocha Slam
- 1 cup fresh coffee that has been chilled
- 1 cup chocolate milk
- 1 cup white milk
- 1/2 cup Coffee Liqueur
Add all the ingredients to your Drinkmate reservoir and press the fizz button down until it has reached the desired amount of fizz.
Serve with chocolate drizzle on the rim and s’mores for dessert while sitting next to a fire.
