These days are literally some of the craziest we have gone through in our generation. We will be looking back on 2020 in the future wondering where it all went wrong and how we could have stopped all the death and destruction. Sadly what's done is done and now all we can do is take care of ourselves and our families and prepare for a better, brighter future. Self-care is the best thing you can do right now to keep yourself mentally fit and physically happy and healthy!
Try to get up and get dressed every day even if you are not currently working. Staying scheduled and looking good can make you feel better about yourself and your current situation. Get up at a decent time, have a healthy breakfast, get dressed, do your hair, and go for a walk. Go in the backyard and enjoy some sunshine, take a bike ride, go for a hike, or take a selfie and start an online reunion with friends and family by sharing selfies with each other. Dressing up and feeling good can help you stay confident and feeling sexy even through the toughest times.
Get some exercise each and every day! Letting yourself go when stuck in isolation is easier than you think. All you have to do is sit around eating all day on your couch and you can say "goodbye six-pack and sexy bottom" and "hello muffin top and rolls of tummy fat." Get off the couch and do some easy yoga from tutorials on youtube, try a 10-minute workout challenge also found on youtube, every morning to get yourself started. You can even do sets of sit-ups and push-ups throughout the day to tighten things up even more if you feel you can keep pushing yourself. Of course, bike riding, walking and running throughout the day are always a great choice. Taking a romp in the sack during the day with your partner is a great form of exercise and is a lot of fun for everyone!
Take a long relaxing bath every second day. Stress can be hard on your mind, body, and soul. Take time every evening to just relax and think of nothing more than the soothing bubbles, and warm water surrounding your flesh. While you're soaking slap on a face mask to purify and cleanse your gorgeous mug and give your skin a fresh look and feel. Bring one of your friends from Lelo like the Sona 2 Cruise into the tub with you to have the best experience each and every time you hop in the tub!
Plan for healthy meals throughout the week. It can be really easy to sit around snacking on junk food during these troubled times. Food that is bad for you is usually cheaper and easier to prepare than the healthy stuff we should be putting in our bodies. Try to plan around seasonal fruits and vegetables to avoid paying too much, buy cheaper cuts of meat that you don't normally buy and learn to use them in your favourite recipes. You can find plenty of cheap meals and recipes online that will fit your budget and help you stay on track. To add some sexy to your diet try cooking together naked, feeding each other fruit dipped in low fat whipped cream, or eating healthy little nibbles off each others bodies. Food and sex can be combined in a number of ways if you use your imagination!
Try out some new massagers and toys while winding down before bed. Getting a good night sleep is of utmost importance while dealing with stressful situations. Sometimes the best way to wind down is to take the time and explore your body either on a solo mission or together. The best sleep is one where you have gotten a toe-curling orgasm before sliding in between the sheets. Take a ride on a Lelo Smart Wand to get the most bang for your buck! The Lelo Smart Wand is waterproof, has a number of different speeds and is completely rechargeable! The Smart Wand is a great toy to use on your own or you can use it together depending on your quarantine situation! Have fun and stay safe during these troubled times and remember, this will all be over soon!
