Three Winners to Receive $529 Gift Cards for College Savings or Student Loans

Get your cameras ready! Recognizing that many Americans and their children won't have the opportunity to participate in a traditional "Take Your Child to Work Day", Gift of College – the leading platform and service that provides tools for employers and families to help save for college and pay off student loan debt – today announced its Take Your Child to Work (From Home) Day Facebook Sweepstakes to celebrate with families in a different way.

Parents, who won't need to commute any further than to their kitchen tables, living rooms or home offices to 'take their child to work' this year, are encouraged to post a public photo of their new working or learning environment with their children to the Gift of College Facebook page using the hashtag #GiftofCollegeatWorkDay for the chance to win a $529 Gift of College gift card.

The contest, which runs from April 9, 2020 through April 22, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET, will award three randomly selected winners each with a Gift of College gift card that can be used toward any student loan, or contributed to any new or existing 529 college savings or ABLE plan. The winners will be announced by April 23, 2020 – the originally scheduled date for Take Your Child to Work Day – by 5:00 p.m. ET.
