into exploring all the amazing things that are fine to eat while still
meeting nutritional needs! During the transition, its ok to eat things
like vegan eggs, to satisfy cravings. Once people are more used to being
vegan, it’s important to shift to a diet based in whole foods.
TIP 4 – FIND INSPIRATION
Don’t
continue hanging around people that make discouraging comments or are

TIP 5 – EAT (THE RIGHT FOODS) IN ABUNDANCE
It’s
possible to eat unhealthy foods even when vegan, so it’s important to
make the right choices and go for Whole Foods! When whole foods are
consumed, they can be eaten in abundance rather than restricting
portions.

Making healthy choices is easier with knowledge.
TIP 7 – PLAN YOUR MEALS
Meal prepping is LIFE! Preparing in advance makes it so much easier not to make bad impulse decisions when hungry.

Going
vegan is as expensive as the person wants. There are tons of affordable
options out there. It’s important to price match and when possible buy
in bulk on things like rice, beans, flower and more.
