Omega 3 fatty acids play a major role in enhancing the functioning of the heart, the immune system and skin health. Without enough omega 3s the body shows signs of dry skin, dry hair and formation of dandruff. 5.    Increase Intake of Probiotics


Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that are beneficial to human health. Studies have shown that probiotics help the body to fight fungus that causes dandruff. This is achieved by enhancing the immune function. Probiotics also help fight symptoms of skin conditions that may cause dandruff like eczema and dermatitis.
